Hi, I'm Pete Roberts. I first joined hospital radio in the mid 80s when it was based at Lodge Moor hospital. I presented 2 weekly shows on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings.

Family commitments meant I stepped away from the microphone after 10 years.

30 years later my nappy changing days are over and I'm back at sheffield hospital radio, coincidentally at the same time slots. Away from the radio studio I've spent 40 years selling cake in the region, which may explain my waistline, and spending time with my partner, our dogs and our families.

I also love live music seeing artists as diverse as George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Kaiser Cheifs, Human League, Boney M and even Chesney Hawkes (he was the one and only).
